• Property Data: Property addresses, access codes (lockbox combinations, keypad codes, gate codes, master codes), and associated photos that you enter into the App.

• Team Members: Property data and access codes are shared with team members you invite within your organization, according to the role-based permissions you configure.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the App, including cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe/RevenueCat), and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Access codes and sensitive property information are stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your information. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

• Access: You can access your data at any time within the App.
• Correction: You can update or correct your information in the App settings.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export: You can export your property and code data from the App settings.

7. Children's Privacy

PropCodes is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
